ABOUT THIS APP
ToDo is the deliberately small task list of your KIMISUITE workspace. Type what needs to be done, give it a deadline and a colour, tick it off. No projects, no setup, nothing to learn - you understand it in ten seconds.
Set a deadline in two clicks: today, tomorrow, next week or any date, with an optional time. Overdue tasks turn red, so nothing slips by. Ten colours tint the whole row, a pin keeps the important task at the top, and a click opens the task so you can change the title or add a description of up to 500 characters.
New tasks are private. One click on the lock shares a task with your workspace, and the lock or people icon always shows which is which. Filters with counters, a live search and an agenda with the calendar's appointments for the week put your day on one screen. Every task with a deadline also appears in Calendar on its day. ToDo is free in every workspace.
