ABOUT THIS APP
Team is where the people of your workspace live. Every member gets a profile with photo, bio, position, departments, locations and social links, and everyone with access finds colleagues in the directory.
Owners and admins manage the workspace from the same place: invite people by email, assign roles, decide what each role may do across your KIMISUITE apps, and remove members who leave. Departments, positions and locations keep larger teams organised, and people without a KIMISUITE account can join the directory too.
Want your team on your website? Members choose whether they appear in public and whether their email or phone is shown. Admins then publish them on a hosted team page with its own address, or embed them with a widget from Widget Creator. Team is free in every workspace.
