Task Hub is the intelligent project and workflow management app inside KIMISUITE.
Organize projects, daily tasks and business processes with flexible Kanban boards, lists and cards. Assign team members, set due dates, add labels, checklists, attachments and comments, and keep every task clearly structured from start to finish.
Task Hub goes beyond traditional task management by connecting directly with the rest of your KIMISUITE workspace. Link tasks to CRM leads, Booking Hub reservations, contacts, vehicles and other business records, so your team always has the right context without switching between disconnected tools.
Automations help your workflows move forward automatically. Create rules that react to task activity or events in other KIMISUITE apps — for example, move a task when a CRM lead is won, create a follow-up when a reservation is confirmed or trigger actions when a payment is received.
Built-in AI helps you work faster without taking control away from you.
AI Suggest Next Action analyzes the context of a task and proposes useful next steps, such as moving the card, adding a label, setting a due date or creating a checklist item. You decide which suggestion to apply.
AI Brain Dump → Cards turns unstructured information into organized work. Paste meeting notes, email threads, ideas or a list of follow-ups and let AI propose structured cards with titles, lists and labels. Review the suggestions, make changes and create the tasks you want.
For more complex projects, Task Hub also includes timeline views, dependencies and custom fields, giving teams a clear overview of progress, priorities and blockers.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Personal boards are visible only to you (and anyone you explicitly invite). Team boards are visible to every member of the workspace and use the workspace's role permissions. The per-plan board limit only counts team boards — personal boards are unlimited.
