Pull in CRM leads, Booking reservations, Contacts, and Vehicle Hub vehicles as cross-app references on a card without duplicating data. A form-based automation rule engine triggers on card, cross-app, and time events to keep workflows moving, while built-in AI features (auto-classification and next-action suggestions) help triage faster.
