Online Table Reservation
Adds the customer-facing public booking page on top of the staff-side Table Reservations already in Business+. Guests scan your QR menu or visit your subdomain to book a table themselves — auto-confirmation emails, reminder SMS, floor-plan-aware availability so a booking only takes a table that's actually free.

WhatsApp Automation
Send order confirmations, ready-for-pickup pings, reservation reminders, and loyalty-point notifications over WhatsApp Business API. Customers reply to the same thread; staff see it in the unified inbox.

Loyalty PRO
Adds on top of the basic Loyalty System bundled with Business+. Tiered rewards (Bronze / Silver / Gold), point multipliers on specific menu items or days, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and a customer-facing balance page. Buy this if your basic loyalty has hit its ceiling.

Inventory PRO
Adds on top of the basic Inventory Management bundled with Business+. Supplier purchase orders, GRN (goods received notes), per-supplier price history, multi-warehouse transfers, expiry-date tracking, FIFO/LIFO costing, CSV import/export. Buy this when stock + recipes are no longer enough and you need real procurement workflows.

AI Tools
AI menu description writer, sales forecasting for staffing + prep, recipe-cost optimisation suggestions, customer review summariser, and smart upsell hints at the POS. Already included with the Enterprise plan; buy this as a standalone add-on on Starter / Business if you want the AI features without upgrading the whole tier. Powered by your Kimisuite AI credit pool — no extra API keys required.

Payment Gateway Integration
This is the "Optional" row in the plan comparison — purchase enables online card payments at QR menu and kiosk via Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Paystack, PayFast, Tap, Xendit, Mollie or Epay (pick what your country supports). Reconciliation reports land in the same Sales + Tax reports as your offline payments. Available on every plan; not bundled with any.

Delivery Platforms
Adds third-party delivery platform integrations (Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food, Foodpanda) on top of the in-house Delivery Executive Module bundled with Business+. Inbound orders from those platforms land straight in your POS, customer-facing tracking link, delivery-fee calculation by zone or distance. Buy this if you serve via aggregators and want one unified order screen instead of juggling tablets.

Additional Branch
