Notes — Quick notes as colour cards - private or shared, free in every workspace

Notes is the note board of your KIMISUITE workspace. Click Take a note, type, press Ctrl and Enter - and your thought is a card with a title, a text and a colour. A title alone is enough: one line is a note too.

Pin what matters and it stays on top. Ten pastel colours tell you at a glance what each card is about. Two weeks later, one word in the search finds the note again - titles and texts, as you type, capitals and accents ignored. Click a card to change it right where you read it; it is saved when you leave the field.

Every new note starts private. One click on the lock shares it with your whole workspace, a second click takes it back, and the All, Private and Shared filters keep both apart. Notes is deliberately plain text - fast to write, easy to scan - and free in every workspace.
