HRM Hub hält alle, die für dich arbeiten, an einem Ort: Personalakten mit Verträgen, Kennungen, Dokumenten und Änderungsverlauf, geordnet nach Arbeitsorten, Abteilungen und Positionen. Wähle dein Land, und Arbeitsregeln, Feiertage und gesetzliche Urlaubsarten kommen gleich mit - heute für Nordmazedonien.
Dein Team stempelt an einer Check-in-Station ein - jeder Bildschirm mit Browser genügt, vom Fernseher an der Wand bis zum alten Laptop - per NFC-Karte oder PIN. Schichten planst du aus wiederverwendbaren Vorlagen in einem Raster aus Personen und Tagen, du siehst, wer gerade arbeitet, und erledigst Urlaubsanträge, Urlaubskonten, Feiertage und den Urlaubskalender deines Teams.
