Q: Which countries does HRM Hub support?

Today the country rule pack covers North Macedonia: labour rules, public holidays including religious and community days, the seven statutory leave types, currency, time zone and the required ID formats. Each workplace keeps its own time zone.

Q: How do my employees clock in?

At a check-in station: any screen with a browser and internet, paired with a code. Employees tap an NFC card or enter their PIN, and you see at once who is at work. A USB NFC reader works straight in the browser, with nothing to install.

Q: Does HRM Hub run payroll?

Yes, with the Payroll Pack or on Enterprise: one payroll run per month for the whole company, from draft to locked, with a payslip PDF per employee and the statutory parameters for North Macedonia. Check the figures with your accountant before you file.

Q: Is recruiting included?

Yes. Open a job opening for an existing position, collect applicants, plan interview days that work out the slots for you and send candidates a confirmation email. The email templates can be edited in 14 languages.

Q: How is HRM Hub billed?

Like every KIMISUITE app, per workspace and not per user. The plans are announced when HRM Hub launches.
