ABOUT THIS APP
Document Sign is the electronic-signature app of your KIMISUITE workspace. Upload a PDF, Word, OpenDocument or RTF file, place signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields for each recipient and send it. Recipients sign on a public signing page in their own language – no account needed – optionally after confirming a code by email or an access code. Every completed PDF gets a signing certificate (names, times, IP addresses, identity checks, fingerprints), a document stamp on each page, a digital seal and an independent RFC 3161 time stamp. Reminders, deadlines, signing order, projects, an archive export and automatic deletion (GDPR) are included in every plan. With the Business and Enterprise plans recipients can also sign with the certificate on their own USB token or smart card (qualified electronic signature, PAdES) through the KIMISUITE Signer.
