Every sale follows the same path: someone asks, you make an offer, you do the work, you get paid. CRM Business Hub keeps that whole path in one place. A web form on your website creates the lead, one click turns it into a customer and a deal, and your proposal goes out as a link your customer accepts and signs on any device.
Once the proposal is accepted, the invoice can follow on its own. Recurring invoices go out on schedule, customers pay online with Stripe or PayPal, reminders chase what is late, and your bank statement or a connected Wise account finds the matching invoices for you. E-invoices in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD or Factur-X, sending through the Peppol network and a DATEV export for your tax adviser are built in.
Expenses, supplier bills, stock and purchase orders sit next to your sales, the AI reads photographed receipts, and projects turn tracked hours into invoices. Support tickets come with SLAs. Interface, PDFs and e-mails work in 16 languages, and because CRM Business Hub lives in your KIMISUITE workspace, you pay per workspace, not per user.
